Terms Boundary

Current boundary: DAH Enterprise is an authentic alpha. This page documents the operating terms exposed by the product, but it is not represented as attorney-reviewed legal advice or a substitute for a separately signed agreement when one is required.

A product route, lead receipt, order approval, Stripe redirect, payment record, or generated packet proves only the specific state it says it proves. None of those artifacts should be stretched into a claim about fulfillment, delivery, customer acceptance, legal approval, conversion, or recognized revenue.

DesignInitiative — $500 base logo package

Terms version: designinitiative-logo-500-v1-terms

• Scope: the $500 price applies only to the approved base logo-package scope. Rush work, expanded identity systems, added deliverables, or materially changed scope require separate confirmation or quote.
• Approval before checkout: checkout is available only after DAH qualifies the request, confirms the scope/terms, and issues an immutable approved order reference. A browser-local brief or lead receipt is not payment authority.
• Payment: DAH uses an order-bound Stripe Checkout Session. A return or success URL is not proof of payment; payment is treated as verified only after matching signed provider evidence is reconciled server-side.
• Delivery and revisions: the delivery commitment and revision allowance are the terms DAH confirms for the approved order before payment. The public route does not invent a delivery guarantee or revision entitlement.
• Cancellation/refund: the applicable cancellation or refund handling must be confirmed with the approved scope before payment. The public route does not promise an automatic refund. Use Support for an order-specific issue rather than submitting another payment attempt while status is uncertain.
• Fulfillment: verified payment does not by itself prove work started, delivery occurred, revisions were completed, or the engagement was closed.
